  1. I have had them on my Zed for a few years now, no complaints from me. As mentioned before, ever so slightly stiffer than OEM. The drop is mild, but does not need the extra mods like adjustable camber arms and bolts like you would if you went lower. Any camber can be brought back in line with factory adjusters. Mine were supplied and fitted by Abbey Motorsport
  2. Oh and as for maintaining speed, get a UK GT and flick the cruise control on
  3. I did 160 mph on a public road last week
  4. Was thinking maybe I come down like Wednesday or something, with enough time to wrap a roof? I'm pretty hands on and can help with trim removal and stuff once I get there. If you are happy to wrap my roof in exchange for my old non-skipping Bose, we have a deal
  5. If I lived near Kent, I would have been round to help already. but seriously, just have a good read, study some wiring diagrams and take a deep breath and have a go, it really isn't as hard as you imagine
  6. You still looking for an OEM HU to take apart? Might be able to have a drive down to Haywards Heath during the week coming up.
  7. I'm 40, so must be a dinosaur then... Anyway...
  8. You do know that the rubber surround around the handbrake lever is removable. undo it, feed gaitor thru, then use a flat plastic thing (like a ruler) and tuck it all away, then refit the rubber
  9. Also check for loose y-pipe heat shield
  10. No car cover, metallic gloss black. Still in Germany at the mo tho
  11. Remind me, whereabouts are you!!? Im thinking it may be worth making a trip to see you lol 2 hours north east from you in sunny East Anglia
  12. I get the "slide" when running the Rays, not so much when running the Volks, prolly cos the Volks are 19"s with a lower profile tyre
  13. No XBox for me, just PC and PS3
  14. Sometimes over time it goes out of alignment and all the contacts don't line up properly. Just detach, clean the contacts and reattach. Costs nothing apart from time, so worth trying.
  15. There is a main earthing point just inside the passenger door shut behind the plastics
  16. The skipping problem could also be fixed by reseating the white ribbon cable the connects the changer to the HU. Something worth trying
  17. Shame, if you were closer, I'd offer you my OEM Bose in exchange for having my roof re-wrapped
  18. Nah was trying a challenge and waiting for you to accept
  19. I was trying to play you from the companion App Rocky, don't be afraid, my PSN is Briareos88
  20. You keep a log of everybody's tea breaks?
