    Without knowing the full plate it's hard to say if it does indeed read like penis.     Plus, if your locals are not used to seeing cars with projector lights, they will flash you thinking you left your high beams on, I usually just flash back then they realise . After about 6 months of being flashed locals have stopped flashing their headlights at me (although I wished the ladies kept doing it...)
