Had a BMW 120D,Overpriced and the rides crap due to run flat tyres. Wife drives a Cooper S, it's the same, she wants rid of it. Hates it with a passion. Why don't you try the Suzuki Swift or a Peugeot 207. The Swift looks pretty funky.

It was dark grey by the time i finished. The car was covered in millions of small black dots. Took me 6 hrs to do it. My arms and back were worn out.

Spent all day giving the Z a proper detail. Firstly washed, using 2 bucket method, then gave it a clay using Meguiars Clay Kit, don't think it had ever seen a bit of clay in it's life, then washed again. Dried off using the dab method, then given a coat of Meguiars Deep Crystal Polish, finally a coat of Meguiars NXT.

I paid £8600 for my 02 Zed JDM in January. 24000 on the clock. Definitely optimistic

I had varicose vein surgery on my leg(getting old you know) at the end of May, wasn't allowed to drive Zed for 3 WEEKS. Again was told it was for insurance purposes. Kept looking out of window at it just sitting on the drive. Heart breaking. 3 days will fly by. Bear with it, it's better to be safe than sorry.

Had similar thing happen to me a few years back. Heard massive bang, stopped car, had a look around, couldn't find or see anything. Wasn't until i put car in for MOT that they found that one of the front springs had snapped where it seats at the bottom of the spring. Had been driving car like this for a few months and didn't notice any difference in ride quality. Might be worth having a closer look.

Used DENTCENTRAL(They're in the Yellow pages) for a dent on drivers door+rear hatch on wifes cooper s. Only took 1/2 an hour, £95 and you would never know they were there. Must agree with maxi, heart was in my mouth watching the guy tapping on the side of the car with a hammer and a tapdown(now i know what it's called).
