Hey boomer816, I was the one in Shirley tonight. I was just giving the car a good running as I had just topped up the oil! Wasn't me on Brighton Road though! ps. as far as I know, my tints are legal!

A mate of mine has an RX8 and he feels exactly the same as you do. Although on paper there isn't a lot of difference between the RX8 and 350z, the way the power is delivered is completely different. Every time he gets in my car he always comments on how much more powerful the 350z feels and how you have to rev the nuts off the RX8 to get decent power levels. If you can sacrifice the back seats then I'd say go for a 350z. Take a test drive, what do you have to lose!

The dent guy had a fiddle around for about half an hour and came to the conclusion that you couldn't rectify the dent as he suspects there is a strengthening bar across the door. Annoying as he reckons that I'll need a whole new door skin or a decent bodyshop to fix the damage which could be around £500ish :S Top bloke from fixadent though!

There is minor scuffing but, the paint hasn't cracked at all which is good. I'll take proper before and after photos on Monday. I'm just a little worried that the dent guy might scratch the window as I have heard from a mate that they stuff a rod down between the window and the door. I have tints as well so I don't want him messing those up!!

About a month or so after I bought my car some drunken fool decided to kick my driver side door leaving a horrible dent It's been like that for about 3 months and I have finally gotten round to doing something about it! I've got a guy (http://www.fixadent.co.uk/) coming on Monday to get the dent out. He said that he will be able to get the dent out completely but close up you will probably be able to tell that the door has previously been dented. Sorry for the poor quality pics... my mate took them on his camera phone. Fingers crossed it'll look okay! Could have been me. I was out for a drive and I did shoot down Brighton Road -- and my Datsun is black with tints!

You could be very popular with offers like that! Haha, not a problem. It only takes me a couple of seconds to do them! You don't get a HPI cert or anything as its just meant for the underwriters to check cars aren't stolen/on finance etc

If you pm me the number plate I can get an HPI done for you for free (I work at an insurance company and we can do them for free)

Hi guys, first post as I have only just bought my 350z last week. This is definitely a fake as the car pictured is the one I bought a week ago. They have just recycled the image that was used in the original ad! There was initially a mobile number on the ad which I called (to tell him to stop using the picture of my car) but it was a non-existent number! ps. Don't worry, the crappy (illegal) black plates are on the way out!
