Had my MOT at Nissan Arnold Clark in Glasgow today, and they were great. Collected my car at 8:30am from my work, and delivered it back to me by 11:30am with a fresh MOT on it. My 6 year old zed sailed through its MOT with no problems, so i'm very happy. It only cost me £26.50 aswell.

What is your excess with Adrian Flux? My premium dropped by £500 after i turned 21, with more cover, and less of an excess.

Good : Arnold Clark Nissan, Glasgow My was zed in for a P2 service at Arnold Clark Nissan in Mount Vernon in Glasgow yesterday. And to say the least, i'm really happy with the service I recieved and would recommend them to anyone. The car seen to straight away, the staff were very polite and professional and to top it off, it only cost me £102 due to my other half's staff discount.

I've done a wee search and I have not found any previous similar posts. It'll be good to get to put peoples faces to their usernames and cars! I better start. I'm the rather sunburnt guy in the yellow and red osaka tee. And this is my zed - You wouldn't believe how hard it was to find a picture on my bebo in which I look sober Don't be shy!!

I spent 4 hours cleaning mines on monday in the freezing cold, and now its manky. I can't wait for the good weather

Cheers Ashey! Your still a few years away from 21, you could maybe get yourself a 370z? I have my insurance with Admiral. The original quote was for about £3k, but as soon as I added my 2 elder brothers, it dropped down considerably. Good luck, and I hope you get your zed!

To be honest, i've spent more time cleaning it, than driving it! lol I know exactly what you mean by petrol, I didn't expect it to guzzle as much with me treating it nice and not giving it any beans! Put some LED number plate lights in, I got myself a carbon fibre "Z" keyring, and next on the list is a titanium nismo knob, and bluetooth adapter

I've heard the "Rover 45 in a tracksuit" so many times its unbelievable. I used to get annoyed by it, but now I laugh at it. 45k miles covered in the car, and the only thing it needed was tyres, oil and a horn. Very cheap to run. :o)

I'm also looking for a nismo shift knob. Ideally one from a company based in the UK. Adam@Z1auto.com how much do you charge for shipping? Will I be likely to pay duty? cheers

i was thinking the same thing After all the previous comments about the SV, I don't think I should say... MG ZS. One of the most reliable cars i've ever owned.

I travelled down from Glasgow to Birmingham for the show last saturday, and I have some near exact same photographs as you that it is scary! I was bored with the actual car show after an hour or so, as it was that busy I couldn't get near half the cars. The top gear show was pretty entertaining though. I sat in both 370z's that were parked outside, and I honestly think that the interior in the 350z is much nicer than the new one? I also left the responsibility to my girlfriend to remember what car park we were in as I was on the phone when I parked my car up. Needless to say she was "sure" that it was N6. Turned N6 carpark upside down, and my car was no where to be seen. She then said she was sure it was "N6 or N7".. After roughly 90 minutes I eventually found my car in N1 I was amazed at some of the exotic cars parked in the public car parks. I seen countless Audi R8's, GTR's, Aston's, Ferarris, Porsches etc all sitting outside as I looked for my car. View from my rear view mirror in my other car..

Try admiral. I'm in a rather high risk postcode, just turned 21, 3 years ncb, clean licence - £1400 for this GT with all the add ons, such as breakdown cover, legal cover etc. I chopped nearly £1500 off my policy by adding my two elder brothers to it.
