It was indeed bought via paypal, so i'll probably get screwed over. I think this will be the last item i'll be selling via ebay. There is so many dishonest and untrustworthy people out there nowadays. What would stop her from getting my meerkat and swapping it with a scabby one that her son or daughter has played with for months with the intention of returning it to me?

The toy was mint when I sent it, and I sent it special delivery. It sold after a 5 day listing for £94 all in. I have now received a message via eBay from the buyer saying she received the item, and the box is damaged, the toy smells, and the squeak doesn't work -which is obviously bullshit. I just want to know where I stand with this? Do I need to offer her a refund? Will I need to accept a return? Cheers guys.

tjp8, in my opinion I think you are maybe better off getting a car that costs less to insure. Paying anything more than £2,000 per annum for insurance is absolutely crazy in my opinion - but if you can afford it, then fire away. I got my zed when I was 20, and I got insured for £1500 with Admiral. Fully comp, 3 years ncb, all the trimmings. Are you looking at paying your insurance in monthly payments? I paid for my insurance up front, which saved me over £1000. Also, some of your posts come across as rather argumentative. I suggest you ignore any comments, and do not rise to the bait. Good luck in finding the right car.

Mines sounds exactly the same as yours I was after an exhaust that was quiet on tickover, and has a roar at higher rev's - so the Nismo is ideal for me My girlfriend asked me today why I always drive about with my window down when its freezing outside

Exhaust is finally spot on and i'm 100% happy with it. It is worth all the hassle and 300 miles I travelled to get it sorted for that nismo noise Stainless Creations have done a spot on job, but they could work a little on their communication with customers. I wouldn't recommend them.

Got my new exhaust fitted this morning and it sounds brilliant! I love it!! Nice and shiny!! I got it fitted by "Stainless Creations" in Falkirk today. I told the owner that the centre piece needed shortened a good length and he seemed fine with it. An hour or so later, I was back to collect it. As you can see, it looked pretty good from the ramp, but the exhaust is produding a good 4-5 inches from my back bumper that it actually looks silly. I think he's went for the "Jap style" look, but tbh, it looks daft. As I drove the car off the ramp, I never noticed how bad the fit was until I got home (30 miles away). I'm going to give him a bell tomorrow, and hopefully it'll get fitted properly. Many thanks to ZMANALEX for sourcing the zorst for me.

I work for a very large tyre company, and I manage tyre accounts for a variety of different leasing companies. I can assure you, we've had bills from a few different lease companies for the cost of repairs on cars due to one of our garages fitting a lesser speed rating than what was authorised and the insurance companies fail to pay out for repairs due to this. If it was the case that speed rating did not matter, why not fit S or T rated tyres to all UK vehicles, as surely no one will exceed the 70mph speed limit? Insurance companies will do anything to wriggle out of paying up, so why downgrade your tyres from factory spec to save a few quid? I've not looked at this size, but sometimes V rated tyres can be more expensive the W/Y/Z rated depending on the size.

As far as I know, they are factory fitted. But V rated is not original equipment - the wrong tyres have been fitted to the rims.

Your insurance may be invalidated if you lower the speed rating of the tyres on your car from factory fitment. Cheers

I was looking at getting myself an Evo or an Impreza before getting my zed. How do they compare? IMO, The zed is certainly better built and more classy

Agree with the above. I've had to use mines to get to my girlfriends and back and forth to work. I've had to abandon it numerous times on sideroads, and the back end has unexpectantly kicked out on me a few times. In general, its terrible in the cold weather - it's not the best time of the year for me to learn how to drive a powerful rwd car.

I'm getting really fed up with the ice/snow and grit. I'm dying to get out and wash my zed, and get all the nasty grit off it! I've even had to result to using the bus this week to get back and forth to work due to the treacherous roads There has been snow on the ground for nearly 3 weeks now, and it doesn't look like its going any time soon. It was -11 on my commute to work this morning, and its supposed to be -20 tonight.

I PM'd the seller when the auction first started to see if he had an end early price, and he wants £750 for it. The pictures in the add are not great either. ZMANALEX is sorting me out with a near new system that has covered only 1500 miles.

Quick question. Admiral want an additional £80 ontop of my £1500 policy for the addition of a Nismo zorst. Is the nismo exhaust available as an optional extra on the zed? They won't replace it like for like if I was in a bump either - robbing buggers
