  1. Dibs on the stillen engine damper mate.
  2. That wouldnt be a problem Ian as Id probably spray them black to match my wheels. How much would you want for them? Any pics? Cheers mate.
  3. Can anyone help me out here. I need some centre caps to fit my TE37's 18". I have some already but one has broken so I'll need a new set. Im pretty sure the back measurement is 62mm and the front is 66mm. Im not looking for genuine Volk centers as they are about £100 for all four (unless anyone has some for sale cheaper??). Im just looking for some universal ones that I can spray in black (or that come in black) that I can then whack a sticker onto. Or just plain black centers would be better then nothing. Here is what I have at the moment which I bought off ebay years ago but I cant seem to find anything like this now. Help much appreciated.
  4. Geoff-r That sony video on you tube was literally the funniest thing Ive ever seen. I was crying.
  5. Im guessing Ian was referring to splitters which would do the trick if you need 2 pre-outs. Im slightly confused though. If you are just running the standard bose set up then what do you need pre-outs for? Pre outs are for aftermarket amps. If your just running the BOSE then you need the PAC ROEM NIS2 unit. This goes in between your head unit and the car and allows you to keep all the BOSE amp, speakers, sub etc.... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/PAC-ROEM ... ioQ5fVideo
  6. What paint did you use to do the wheels? Any special type that needs to be used? They look great. Mine need it too so was just wondering how you went about it. Im pretty handy with the aerosols, would just need to know how you prepped them and what type of paint/laquer was used. Nice work dude!
  7. Cheers mate - its all ordered. Will let you guys know how I get on and get some pics up of the results.
  8. I think Im gonna get myself a bottle of Megs APC, some Blackfire and a hefty brush. Thanks for all the advice guys. Anyone know where I can get all that lot from at a good price? I know google is my best friend but if you can recommend anyone in particular that would be great. Cheers
  9. Nice one - I take it that it wont damage alloy wheels or wheels that have been re-furbed, powder coated etc?
  10. Cheers guys. Also what do you mean by APC? I wanna give the tyres a good clean and scrub first but not sure what to use.
  11. Cheers for the replies guys. At the moment Im using a turtle wax product as it was what I had lying around. I dont mind investing in some better stuff but it sounds like they need a clean more then anything else. Can I clean them using my wheel brush or should I use something else? Think I'll give the megs stuff a go as I like their products but I'll check prices on all the recommended stuff.
  12. Sorry guys didnt mean to kick off a debate lol. I myself have bought off ebay in the past and had great service - it just comes down to researching the seller and making sure they have good come back policies if something goes wrong. I wasnt trying to say stay away from ebay (although it may have sounded like that). I was just pointing out that it was CS's section (which Neil didnt realise at the time of posting which is understandable - I myself use the view new posts all the time). Didnt mean to sound like I was having a dig mate!
  13. My tyres look like they have gone a shade of brown over the course of their life. If I put some tyre gloss on them then they go a lovely black but it lasts all of about an hour before it fades to brown patches then finally brown all over. Is there anything short of painting the tyre wall with black paint that I can do to restore them permanently? Or at least something that isnt so expensive that I can use it more regularly? Any advice appreciated. Cheers guys!
  14. I think the OP had the right idea by asking the traders on here. He's posted in the CS section and your sending him to ebay!?! CS will sort you out mate and hes a trusted seller! Give him a chance to respond before you risk your hard earned on fleabay!
  15. Id like to post my interest mate depending on where you are and a few other questions? Ill drop you a PM. Thanks.
  16. Just plumbing my PAC Audio ROEM-NIS2 back in so that I can get my bose sub up and running again. One thing I noticed when rewiring it was that it has outputs on it for the front speakers for high and low level. Last time I had it wired up with the high levels but just wondering if it should be the other way around? Will it make any difference? Thanks.
  17. Thanks guys Im basically taking out the PAC audio as it takes up too much space behind the dash (ive never got my centre console back on properly with this in place along with 3 sets of RCA's lol). I took my centre console out to wrap it and this seems like a good time to clear out un wanted junk. Thanks Rob Quads - thats what I need. I think I'll also need to replace my Alpine ISO lead then as its all been cut up to splice to the PAC. Although Im guessing I could splice my Alpine ISO directly into the Micra ISO? So basically be the same set up I have now but splicing directly to the Micra ISO instead of the PAC audio box! Sound about right?
  18. Hey guys I have my Alpine IVA W200Ri (touch screen double din dvd player) fitted to my zed and I wired it up with the PAC Audio interface which meant I had to cut the ISO connector off the Alpine unit and splice all the wires into the PAC box. Im now using all aftermarket equipment powered by amps running off the RCA's so there is no need for the PAC box so Im removing it. My question is what type of ISO lead will I need to fit my Alpine unit directly to the zed? If I bought a replacement ISO lead for the Alpine would that plug and play with the Zed or will I need another adaptor? Cheers!
  19. Yeah I have the old one and its great. Can you PM me the code for the new one - Ill move the old one over to the passenger side (or to the gf's car!) Cheers mate.

Thats horrific mate - just lucky you didnt have an accident. Think this backs up my argument above. They may have the Nissan name over the garage but in my opinion it means squat. I dont mean that to offend Nissan garages in general as I had a fantastic experience at Marshalls but Im just saying that just because they are an authorised dealer doesnt mean they are guaranteed to be the best place to take the car. Thankfully you didnt end up worse then just annoyed mate!!

Slightly (massively) off topic, but I've just been checking out your MMA site and it says Should that say ability and not disability? Lol it was intentional as we had a few students who werent fully able bodied so we were trying to point out that having a disability didnt mean you couldnt train. The wording does look poor now that you mention it but we are re-doing the website as we speak and I'll make sure it gets changed. Back to topic - Yeah I think Ersen sold his though, I missed out there.
