  1. Mapped ones are really quick....sometimes i miss my maser so very much...only amg, m and rs badges dared me... Only one way to go guys.... FI.... still thinking about it.... till then i am always careful with the germans....

  3. I dont think its got anything to do with the EU.....the belt still rules in greece!! Or the copper's torch if you are unlucky enough to be given a ride from them!!! And we are part of the EU as well.... Obviously this country's problem is lowering speed limits and reducing road deaths from 600 to 560... Not unemployment, not education, not life quality, nope none of those Enough said or i ll get carried away and get banned from the general dental council....

  8. I cant really comment on cornering but i v got 2 of those sewage lids on my street and i go over them 100 times a day. The body flex is obviously less now. The only problem is that although the rear KW1s are at the highest setting and the fronts something like 5mm lower its hard to go over speed bumps!!!
  9. Nismo exhaust, nismo dual air intakes and 4.1 underbody harness fitted on friday for £45 quid from 2 great guys in their garage in Hull....excellent job and quick! Especially fitting the harness which needed 2 bolts squeezed with a wire in the chassis in the existing holes.... gave me a headache just looking at them!!! Here are some pics....and i ll be posting the intakes shortly! The car sounds A M A Z I N G But i didnt expect such a difference from the 4.1....especially over little imperfections on the road....different car!!! God i am love again.....i cant stop driving it...with the hood down.....
  10. Lovely little track...really heavy on tyres tho....especially the front left..... Thats why the hairpin is laid with most of my rear ones now..... plus a couple of massive powerslides at the end of the long endless curve with over 100mph!!!! loved it anyhow...me and the missus!!!!
  11. Nismo exhaust and air intakes are on!!!! Plus the 4.1 harness which is literally scraping on the tarmac but protects my precious exhaust... Now i pray for a bit of sunshine..... Roll on tom!!!! And by the way... i am in love with the nismo sound.... A W E S O M E !!! It makes you wanna drive on a gear down...problem is i was doing that already!!!!!
  12. I want to adjust the ride height as my Zed is dangerous on bad B roads....so low it keeps scraping on bumps...at 60mph I know how to do it with a tape measure but i was wondering if anyone knows how many full circles of the adjusting nut is 1mm??????

  14. As a Dr i always like to use bibliography to back my opinions up. Too long to express on a web post so just check Autocar Issue: 19th of August 2009, pg 82-83..... Different, special and lovely car anyhow.
  15. Do you go through tyres pretty quickly too? Bet they dont wear down evenly! PS2s dont last more than 4-5k miles anyway....cant get any worse! Wanna bet? 8 sets of rears in 13 months. Docwra, part time drifter Actually 16months later and 20k+ miles i am currently on the 3rd set of ps2s...plus the 040s from new that lasted about 9000mls. And thats full sets....thats 8 sets of rears only as well...

  17. I cant see why somebody would want a pos camber??? I v got 2.40 f (or -2.40 if you prefer then) and -1.5 (or +1.5 if you prefer / \ ) toe and -2.60 rear. Thats with A arms front and the camber kit rear. There is understeer...which gets better the more you push and its easily adjusted with the throttle as rear traction is superb now. Thats mainly because the car's weight distribution is messed up. Needs increase of ride height by 1.5cm front as its 2 cm lower now rear and about 4cm lower front or thats what i want to think anyway. Turn in is lightning quick but its a bit of a nightmare to keep on a straight line on the motorway....
  18. The whole Nitrogen fill thing doesn't make that much difference. The co-efficient of expansion of nitrogen is 0.8 compared to air's 1.0, and of course air is 78% nitrogen in the first place. If you used properly conditioned, dry air in the first place, such as you get in a factory (but almost certainly not from your local garage), the difference would be minimal in most circumstances short of a full race. Maybe so but the difference it makes is amazing!!!
