Well if the lads got a brief and decided to go outside that then there is no arguments really. I suppose the club don't want to get a bad name in the 'media' as such`also... I know that on some biking outings I've done in the past the coppers monitored forums and gave everyone a pain in the backside... NOT for speeding or misbehaving but more that we got stopped and had to show tax insurance and got our vehicles looked through... more like harassment and time wasting then anything else. On the other side of safety for members and the forum being responsible for the meet itself then well it’s not ok to danger anyone…

Mine is paid off so no loan... Tax: 110€/month Insurance: 80€/month Petrol: depends but 4*68€ on daily drive. jesus...

I read it in the past as the box itself = 5hp no discussion of the tests been done in the way captain describes it. What Steve's talking about is that the 'lungs' of the car (egine) doesn't need a better design of the 'mouth' (air filter/canal) unless you do work to the lungs... (make e'm bigger say or increase the muscles around the lungs = cam change). In my case with my car it's breathing fine through the mouth and ass so the restriction isn't there... I've got a torq drop though somewhere... (looking at the ssv box)... It's so much harder to get ponies out of a N/A build and I'm not going to spend any more monies or time trying to get 1-5hp every time I mod... FI all the way! (the we can do away with the standard airbox all together!)
