Just used my redmist... holy crap it's a good product! have used some cheaper brand before and meguirs quick detail this is a completely different feel to it, easy to apply easier to buff and looks smashing! Only thing was that after my first spray with the bottle something on the inside broke off resulting in the spray function gone took another bottle (started to save them now...) and used that instead. First experience with dodo is very good. Will soon be using the Dodo silver stuff

cool, what does the front mount look like my front cam just hit the ground scraping... Watching that I'm getting a feeling that it's REALLY hard to drive a automatic car on track, does it not have a tiptronic/geatronic function? Must be real hard to keep it smooth, wonder if that would have happened with manual gearbox. What spec tyres are you running? What PSI where they on? Looks to be a pretty easy track, did you get any dry tracktime? It's the best place to get the Z moving (track that is) and the safest way too! What's your next plans!

you and me both i just know i cant live with a droney car with all the motorway cruising i have to do. i will chat things over with Mark at Abbey and let you know how i get on. Would be very interested to hear how Mr Lizards zorst sounds on/in a standard car. Im quite keen to do something with the rest of the zorst as with the new decat pipes and xyz at certain rpm you can hear the exhaust flow through the pipes; its not a rasp exactly but it just sounds 'odd' as the standard back box is so quiet that there is no other exhaust noise to cover it up. I know its not just me being over sensitive as taking a friend out in it he said exactly the same thing. rev it when stationary and it sounds good, better then stock, but quiet - confirmed by non car mad friends. ive listened to loads of clips of all sorts of zorsts on utube, imho the shockwave sounds the best of the bunch but it looks like the version 2 hasnt made it to the UK yet. Maybe the forum can have a whip round so i can try it out and let everyone know what it is like?? WE're after power not sound lol well I am anyway I'll see what my custom shop says about my current setup, like the way its going from 2.5 to 3 in the end of the exhaust, I should be able to at lest replicate that bar the two end,cans.silencers.

Y pipe we use Motordyne XYZ normally fitted with a Race cat , we find moving the cat away from the headers helps make the car produce torque/bhp and helps smooth the power out. You can always remove the race cats and fit a decat pipe/silencer to give a few more BHP. But running the race cat keeps the car 100% road legal. Q on that, do you take out the cats and move it to the end of the Y pipe, to move it from the headers I mean? I'm looking for something to replace my exhaust from the Y pipe back do you have anything that's good for that?

The closest car before the Z was an Altezza RS200 and after the Z was a Volvo S60 T5 (with a BSR stage 1 tune).... So... eh. I've still got the Altezza RS200 and the Z and the Volvo... so hopefully I get rid of the Altezza soon, as for the Z that won't be going ANYWHERE Replacement for the Volvo = R35, Infiniti G37, Infinity EX3, RS6... anything really that has 4 doors big engine and safe.... and can take a child seat

Neighbours ford focus could be a good scrap panel! So I shouldn't mix pads and polish? You can mix pads and polish but know what effect it'll have. You can adjust up to the cut required in steps. Pad and polish. will deffo not be doing this on my car... neighbours ford looks like a good test cube
