    Don't forget that imports are subject to the higher tax band (400 quid +) if imported from 2006 onwards, irrespective of actual age of car.

    Is it just a standard one? I had one off ESR, which had been polished up, and when they fitted it to the car apparently it didn't work. I've opened it up, and the only thing i can see that can stop it from working is the elctric motor!! Looks a bit like the inside of a wind up watch in there. I'll have to see if i can get it working one day and flog it

    Welcome mate, 10k will get you an '04' plate uk GT no problem at all. Bargains do come along sometimes, and i personally missed out on a '55' plate GT in black with 64,000 miles for an astonishing £10,595!!! Needless to say it sold straight away

    Not that many when you have a good look. I'm after a GT in sunset with alzean leather, 04 plate or newer and no more than 11 grand.

    Thats expensive, i paid £209 for mine but that was minus £65 for the oil change that kwik fit did for £30 the day before
