  1. He didn't get any, he would have got a slap! As would I if I took any too. I think Val did get a video of Sabine in the Mclaren SLR though.
  2. Plenty of pics to follow - Im currently sorting them out and will leave them all to upload while I have dinner, then post up later maybe if its not too late. Early start back tomorrow
  3. http://www.8200rpm.com/webcam/ check the site above - 19th June, 19:08pm. Theres Val following me through the start gate. Also 19:20pm on the 18th June, you can just see the front of Vals coming round the corner, I followed on that occasion. And the highlight...... 18:06pm on the 21st, the missus doing her first ever lap of the ring...... in the wet!
  4. Tracy wants to drive the ring again too! Yes - the large hamster wheel was one of my dafter moments, but I just had to find out if it was possible to spin upside down, and as there were no other willing volunteers, I just had to try it.
  5. Sorry guys - this is the first time ive had internet access since the last time I posted here, Ive got hundreds of pics to sort through when I get home (tomorrow). In answer to a few questions, yes I was in Millau when I las logged on, so sorry I didnt respond to the posts. I used the Nikor 18-200 VR lens on the D80 but to get the panoramic I had to take a few photos and stitch them together with some free software called Autostich (it makes a MUCH better job of stitching photos than photoshop, and its free! ) Ill post up a whole bunch of pics when I have time to sit down and sort them out on my photobucket account. Some very exotic machinery at the ring by the way - A Mercedes Mclaren 722 and Carrera GT to name a couple - 911 GT3's were also common as muck, litteraly dozens of em. A couple of Bently coupes, several 360's and some seriously race prepaed M3's etc. More later!
  6. Heres a few. Ive got a load of other Z's, and from the meal Saturday night but not had chance to put them on the laptop yet... We arrived at the campsite in the Loire Valley about 7pm on Friday: There were just a few casualties on the way there: We arrived a little late to set off to the evening show, and the concern was starting to show: Not everyone shared the concern (steve was more than happy with the beer on tap) We did get there in the end though, and Val consoled himself with an ice cream: The show went on for about 2 hours, spectacular effects and stunning fireworks: More added as and when time/wi-fi allows
  7. Ive just bought some EBC redstuff, £99 delivered - sadly not had time to fit them before the Euro trip, but excellent value in my opinion.
  8. The Euro trip is going great by the way! People litterally lining the streets to wave on all the Zeds from around Europe that have come along. Great weather, great crowd and superbly organised as always. A great big thanks to Suzy and Sean for all their efforts - Myself and Tracy have now moved on to Millau, leaving the others to their BBQ this afternoon (im sure the beer and burgers are flowing freely by now). Will be bringing back some great photos, and may be able to post a few later depending on how quick this connection is later. EDIT - ps Val & Debbie will arive at Spa on the 13th I beleive - we will be arriving on the 16th after visiting Monaco/Nice/ Monte carlo/San tropez etc
  9. They also need to supply them with Gas and/or Electricity
  10. Hopefully those that put first dibs in on things I must admit these wheels have certainly tempted me, but I just have waaayyyy too many outgoings at the moment.
  11. Tim eyeing up new wheels, and Liam thinking of selling up..... Get ready......
  12. Hi, welcome to the community - great to see another custard too!
  13. Its that bloody google again I tell thee. Ill see if I can get it reset.
  14. I did. I was one of the cars almost clipped by the same guy. He started on the back row before the track cars, and finished two rows further in front. (just to clarify I dont think he was a member of any club, as he was asking how he joined the Z club) It was a great event Steve and thanks very much for all your hard work! A truly great spirit amongst all the Z owners. Another great day out in the Z for me and Mrs Chesterfield - thanks again to all those who made it possible!
  15. Ha - well spotted. The smoke isn't fake, it did come from the rear of a 350, just not that one!
  16. Just before first footbridge from the Z club stand, I was still on the path, didnt go down toward the track. It was taken at 200mm. Even got Jacko drifting at one point
  17. Heres 3 of mine - just got to get round to uploading them all and creating a page where people can view them all. And Ill be putting the originals on DVD at some point - heres a section of the original version of the first image above:
  18. I cannot for the life of me beleive this is still for sale! Some of us have considered selling ours and buying that just for the mileage - its all but brand new! You could do a lot worse than that car in my opinion. Obviously Ive not seen it, but I reckon for that price and mileage, its a cracker.
  19. I can safely say my tom tom is going to have a fit with all these addresses!
  20. Joint account. Whats mine is hers, and whats hers is hers too.
  21. Please stop it. Otherwise the next visa bill my other half opens will cause one hell of an argument.
  22. They do make a touchup for the UY, but how effective thisis I dont know - I may order one just to have a look, but its the topcoat that counts on the UY from my understanding - so I think its certainly a tricky job to fix any marks on the UY. I got mine from down south, so its certainly not a northern pricing thing either. That one is just too expensive.
  23. If I had the spare cash and another garage, Id have our convertible back in a flash. If it werent for the fact that myself and Tracy really didnt take advantage of the convertible, we would probably still have one today. The convertible is a head turner, and according to some rather drunken ladies that were passing comment whilst myself and Jacko were cleaning the cars at the Holiday Inn on Sat evening, the convertible is what you want if you are on the pull. It felt evey bit as solid as the coupe does, perhaps a little less lively over uneven ground, but certainly as much fun.
