For rust work I'd lean toward a proper bodyshop over a quick paint place, rear arches can come back fast if the metal isn't dealt with properly. Travelling for someone who'll show you the prep work is probably worth it.

The Shockwave sits in that rare spot where it sounds properly alive without making every motorway run feel like a punishment. The build quality looks the part too.

Kaze at least gives the Z some visual drama, even if it's probably just a one-off show car.

OEM bulb holders are handy to have with them, half the time those are the awkward bit to find separately.

Christmas shifts can be oddly quiet when most people are with family, at least the cat will still get a decent dinner :)

Might be worth checking with a local fab shop too, those bends are simple enough for them but awkward without a press. Rust there always looks worse once the brace comes off.

265/35 and 295/30 is a much nicer match diameter-wise than the original combo too. PS4S should suit the Nismo nicely

The transformation on these is always satisfying, even small fixes make them look miles fresher.

JDM chassis numbers always seem to confuse the generic decoders, especially when the V5 details don't match. The original Japanese paperwork is probably the stronger clue there.
