SKYLINE GT-R V SPEC

Guys,

 

Was just "browsing" and came across a 2003 skyline GT-R V spec.

 

damn link isnt working though...!!!

 

anybody have any info on what these are all about? I know its the new shape, import only skyline, but that about it.

 

Low miles, decent price-ish..., over 300bhp maybe...??

Shares the same platform and engine as the 350z. Doesn't have as much chassis braceing and slightly heavier but from what ive seen it doesn't trail behind the 350z in performance by much.

yeah, thats the one, but i saw a twin turbo one, which ive never seen before

There's no GTR or V-spec of that shape skyline.

 

If you've found a twin turbo model it's one that has been done aftermarket.

A 2.6 Twin Turbo would suggest that it is a real GTR

That is a real GT-R and different to the black one posted in the link, I think the one below has just had the same title added to it mistakenly

In the US, that car is branded as an Infiniti G35C. Your basic 350 with a back seat. They're all sold normally aspirated here in the States. For the current model year, they bumped the VQ up to 3.7L (330hp at the crank). The car is bigger than a 350 -- a little longer and a little higher, but I think it's over 60% commonality with the 350.

 

For sure, it's not a GT-R; although, I've known folks who have badged up the G35 (sedan) and G35C (coupe) with GT-R badges. Basic posers

Ah yes, just done a quick read up on it.

Not far off the zed only a 2+2 and import but to call it a skyline 350gt is a bit weird. Not really a fan of that.
