Can the bigger Front Brembos be fitted onto the rears too

As the title sais. With new brackets and possible disks, can a set of front calipers be fitted to the rear too?? Would there be a difference in braking, but more than anything for visual apperance .

 

Every time a wash my wheels I cant help thinking how small the rear pots are for a heavy car.?? and dont look half as good.

Do not do that, seriously. Terrible idea, unless you also fit a bias valve to reduce the braking effect to the rears. Or upsize the fronts to compensate.

 

Locking the rear wheels before the fronts isn't much fun, trust me!

yes of course a bias valve would have to be fitted to reduce the B.Pressure, goes without saying. I was just asking whether it was possible and if someone on here has had any experience with something similar.

Any thing is possible, however I have never carried out such a modification.

 

If it is purely for aesthetic purpose then why not just go for a cheap BBK.?
