Reminds me of when an 8 year old boy put a brick through my old car window, when the police arrived said they couldn't do nothing because he was under the age of 13 and i said ok i will go get my 9 year old cousin to flick a match through their letterbox then in an angry rage, i got a £100 fine off the police for threatening behaviour!
