This is the holder that US cars use, so it fits straight into the standard holes. There are no exposed holes if you go from a full UK sized holder to this one. and the fit is 100% spot on. I imported this part from the states and part was £60 and the shipping/tax £30 (typical) SOLD!!!! Hopefully my plate in the pics is enough but I will take another tonight with my username. oldbonesmcgee Posted May 25, 2015 Author Share Posted May 25, 2015 The plate holder is 34cm wide If you have a 5 char plate it will fit as long as you have the minimum legal border which is 11mm I use Demon plates, just give them a call (Craig is who normally helps me out) and you can ask him to make a 5 char plate as small as legally possible and it will fit this holder.
