Just a quick consensus - Braided Brakes & Clutch Lines

Hi Guys,

As above, looking to get the brake and clutch line/s upgraded to braided hoses.

For those who have done this, have you notice much difference / improvement with daily driving?

Hoping for more 'feel' from the clutch and more bite from the brakes.

Going to change the pads to Red or Yellow stuff as well.

Cheers

I'm having my brake lines and clutch line replaced with braided ones right now, knowing how it improved pedal feel in my previous car I'm sure I'll be happy when I pick the car up.

I'm also having my pads changed from almost new EBC Red Stuff which were on when I bought the car to Ferodo DS2500 because Red Stuff are pretty much useless, even when warmed up they don't bite nowhere near as well as DS2500.

Brakes - massive improvement, just get it done ASAP

Clutch - less so, I could live without it but its not going to hurt. :)

Brakeswise I highly recommend Carbon Lorraine if you are doing anything on track, Ive used some nice pads before but these are the tits, immediate bite no matter how hot they get, good feel and superb performance (as the back end of a 458 nearly found out at spa the other day)
