Super charging a v-tec FN2 just = mega wheel spin in most gears. I think that's a very well balanced car ruined unless you're an exceptional driver. Kinda pointless going FI on the ep3 in my opinion. A manifold + straight through exhaust and k100 should see around an extra 30bhp realisticly, strip the interior/ sort the suspension and you have a cracking little B road basher. I want full service history. Looked after. Nice paintwork. Lower than 60k on mileage. Standard or modified. He could have 11k to spend so should be something very nice.
