They checked that out then pressure washed it... and I've now got a 5p sized bit of paint missing from my spoiler..... Problem after problem after problem...... I'm pretty certain they will admit responsibility, as they do a walk round and there were no chips on it (I care for the car well... my body work is pristine bar a few tiny stone chips on my front bumper, I know there was no chips on it). Problem is it is the Newcastle HPC it was in as I was working down here..... Friday is my last day of working in Newcastle.
