Their sales guy seemed to indicate they would need a decent order as he whined on about margins for sometime. I know there was a thread on a group buy for trolley jacks was going to have a look for that and invite people over as I think that one fell flat. Not had time to search for it though. Quote

I like the look of the low profile 3 tonne. Also prefer a larger jacking pad because even with the pads they provide I'd want to be able to put a hockey puck on it safely incase I did want to jack on the sill points. Anyone any suggestions? Shouldn't have to do that unless its lowered. I have a standard Halfords jack and it needs about 1mm of clearance, I can actually just pull the car upwards with my hands to let me slide it under. Daryl Posted March 20, 2014 Posted March 20, 2014 Well i do need to get the car up to get the jack under. I may have mislead when i said racing jack, i think its a low line jack, so does not have the obvious drop at the business end, its just smaller than most normal jacks Quote
