I thought they might match the sills,with lights when I get them ?.. Will do I have spent the day chasing squeaks today and feel like I've silicone sprayed the whole car! Seems perfect - apart from I can now hear the polystyrene surrounding the rear wheel squeaking. I noticed one of these clips/screw caps are missing so need to get one from nissan Whilst I was there thought I'd have a look at the spare wheel Left over from my golf I had a huge roll of sound deadening in the garage so I thought I'd cut some to the shape of the boot and see if quietens the squeaks Fitted .......need to neaten up the edges Edited January 19, 2014 by Brayster Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Now busted - What a !!!!! I was think of deleting it anyway- honest On a positive note - made an order with funky tyres this am.. New front boots on way.. Brayster Posted February 2, 2014 Author Share Posted February 2, 2014 (edited) So I am due to go to Edinburgh on Friday for Weekend away with 2 other couples and watch Sco vs Eng.., originally me and my other half were each jumping in with the other two couples and we were going joining their convoy as both my friends have alpina d3 white bmws with free company fuel ... One of them is now going to have to work Friday so after a few beers on fri we have decided instead of all four of us jumping in one car we are going take my friends wife's 350z and my 370z.. (Pictured earlier in the thread) So today I've been getting her ready..... Snow foam after 20mins One coat of super resin polish - apologies all iphone pics Now it is a popular joke with my friends I am partial to Sticker or two so knowing I have been coveting some NISMO wheels, my friends kindly bought me some stickers from eBay! I am not sure they will stay on for long ... but I slipped them on for a laugh. Also fitted are the falkens I bought from Funky tyres.... Did a deal with local tyre placed where they fitted and balanced for £10 and they kept the good bridgestone. It will be the longest I have driven it can't wait.... Update .....the 'bouncing' on full lock I got from the bridgestones has gone with these new tyres - happy so far. Note the sign! The 350z stock sounds sooo much better than the 370z I'm buying a new exhaust on Monday! (If I have any money left after a weekend watching rugby and eating and drinking in the city! However I had an issue with some birds a few days ago that has been bothering me so decided to sort it out. I parked my car under a tree and returned to find it covered in bird **** I cleaned it off ASAP but it had eaten into the clear in one night! So machine polished it out.. Whilst I was there I waxed and polished the whole car and shampooed the mats .
