ChrisS Posted October 10, 2013 Share Posted October 10, 2013 A lot of Financial Institutions/Banks,Insurance Companies etc. now have a 'social media' section/department to research potential customers and employees. So it is an IT 'skill' same as 'brushing your teeth' is a hygiene 'skill'. Not sure about putting one foot in front of the other is a 'skill' yet though. Stutopia Posted October 10, 2013 Share Posted October 10, 2013 I found that if you're sifting CVs and you get a single one where the applicant can correctly use less and fewer, to and too, and deploy an apostrophe - you don't need to worry about any of their other skills, just grab hold of them, they can be trained to do almost anything else!
