They made a profit from your stay and now want to make a profit sending something back to you which they should be sending FOC or at worst at cost!!! Don't they understand that people have a choice!!!? mrs glrnet's eldest left her electric toothbrush behind in a hotel in Ireland and they sent it back FOC with a nice covering letter. **edit** I've just looked on TA and I'm not surprised really.
