The wife has lost one of our keys. We still have one key.

What are my options for replacing the lost key

I dont want to go to a stealer unless ubsolutely necessary

Dunno about getting hold of a spare but I'm thinking D I V O R C E ?

Possibly very over the top.

I'll be watching this with interest, I lost my key the other day too. Luckily I have key insurance, so I can claim on that

I'm with elephant and I got it for £1 something a month extra, was a no brainer really. They will also change the locks if required. I think more companies should offer it.

Claim the sh!t out of your key insurance  it doesn't effect you NCB ,,, no brainer,,,,,,,

However just thinking out loud, they may not accept your claim as you have another key sooooo best look at T&Cs before calling

One way to sort that, just 'lose' it too ;)

Stealers will charge around the £160 mark, good locksmiths not much different. You could also keep an eye on eBay, they turn up there for about £30-£50 sometimes.
