Carbon 4D wrapped vertical tonneau cover!

hi folks below is my attempt at a vertical tonneau cover that is not wood, but 4D carbon wrapped, rubber edged and bolted in place, and to top it off a big chrome polished Z badge in the middle. thanks guys ;) Dave the Z logo is one I drew and lasered out of mirrored st/st, then give it a little extra polish for good measure lol!

the board is made out of two 10mm think black plastic foam board that is used on sign boards, so its strong but lighter than wood. I have edged it with 2mm think rubber foam so it fits nice and snug wont mark the plastic.

can you bolt a st/st one onto aluminium, they have different expansion tolerances? if you can get me one to copy I can have a go!

Pffft how do I know! I'll bolt it on for a test though! Lol

You could possibly get away with it since the plenum is low pressure but I wouldn't recommend it, plus if the stainless expands quicker than the bolts then could end up cracking the plenum or stretching the bolts. But lots of different factors are involved so countless things could happen.
