ir_fuel
Exactly, what could ever be the reason to buy this, except for showing "i am frustrated".
Trev-the-Rev
Although it wasn't my intention it looks as if I've stimulated a bit of a debate here. I agree that it's a bit naff, but have to say it looks a damm sight better than some of the stuff that driving around for this sort of money. monkfish
Imagine how much of a w*nker you would feel if a real Ferrari pulled up along side you.
Trev-the-Rev
Agreed you would feel a right knob. Mind you some Ferrari owners probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference anyway.
monkfish
Agreed you would feel a right knob. Mind you some Ferrari owners probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference anyway. Too true. Tim S
I think it looks quite good. My mum would think it's a real Ferrari! I don't see the harm in replicas. What about Cobra and GT40 replicas? Do people think they're sad too? I guess with most of those the engine is pretty similar to the original, and they tend to look the part a bit more. ir_fuel
I think its stupid to put a Ferrari badge onto something which is not a Ferrari

max
The f355 is only an mr2 with a body kit and is about two foot shorter than the real thing it will drive and sound like an mr2, saying that somebody has spent a lot of time and money to make look like this. As for a cobra it is probably the best looking car ever built and now cost around the million mark. If you buy a good replica you still get the great look's and sound having a chevy v8 with 450bhp as mine had for a fraction of the price around £35,000 and what's the chances off pulling up next to a real one. max.
