it's up to £400 now when i looked at it with 2 days to go, probably go for £550?maybe... wouldn't a brand new cobra/scorpion at £400 be just as good? or is it the brand name?

Do you? I thought you changed it as it was loud and you was getting old, or are you that old you forgot?

 

What about fitting that valve from driftworks that way you have quiet normally and when your in the mood you open it up

I miss Buddy Club like I would miss a slutty girlfriend, wouldn't want to see her everyday but now and again would give her a good bash

 

I have looked at the valve but I think there would be a few issues and as I use my car as a daily I don't want to be the guinea pig

It went for £400 and no a scorpion/cobra is nowhere near the quality of a Buddy Club the sound is immense louder than a K1 but much nicer, just unfortunately resonates through the entire car

Louder than a K1? I didnt think it was, and I went from a K1 straight to a BC

I've had that valve fitted, makes the K1/BC sound like a pathetic pea shooter

your valve may be louder than a k1 or BC, but having a valve come off so far down the exhaust, it has no mufflers to make that loud noise actually sound nice.

I found K1 a horrible droney thing and got shot of very quickly. Have standard OEM system at moment but missing the noise that my TVR used to make

 

Think I will prob go down the custom route myself

I started my car with no exhaust from the y pipe back before and even downpipes back, neither sound nice, just sounded like a drag car, the sound didn't go with the look of the car. The Buddyclub muffles the noise and gives it a sporty note.
