19" Volk Racing Progressiv TE

I've been looking for a decent set of 19" wheels and have just come across these:

They're just the size and offsets I'm looking for but I can't make my mind up about the style.

 

A bit of searching reveals that there are two faces available, one more concave than the other:

I can't quite tell from the eBay listing if they're face 1 or 2 but this page suggests that they'll be face 1 on the front and face 2 on the rear:

Here are some photos I've found, the Zed has face 2 all round, the IS has a combination of face 1 and 2, the Primera has face 1 all round:

I would be a lot keener on them if they were the concave face 2 all round and half that price! Generally Volk are way out of my budget but I thought these 7 year old ones might become cheap enough if the seller gets a bit more realistic on price. He is open to offers.

Crikey, I thought the progressivs were rarer than Hen's teeth.

 

I'd have thought those are pretty much the new price, but concave ftw all round if you're going with them.

 

Personally I prefer the looks of other wheels by rays and those are a bit narrow, with slightly higher offsets than i'd want, but you should only buy what you think looks good.

firstly there is fare better volks out there imo for that kind of money, but if you are going to get them make sure you get the set with the concave ones for the back, they give a much more aggressive stance & complement the staggered look of the zed.

Looking at the offsets and sizes on the ebay add compared to the chart on upgrademotoring.com they are face 2. Must say i like them
