The reason it has taken me so long to post these pics as some of you may know is laziness; bad weather & offcourse our new little baby girl who arrived a few weeks ago! Anyway I have at last taken new pics today with my 19" TSW Thruxtons, which I fitted about 6 weeks ago. I think mine is the first zed yet in the UK with these wheels :yahoo: They may not be to everyones taste being a little different form the OEM style japanese offerings etc, but I do like the not so understaed US styling!

Apologies as it rained inbetween & the car is by no means gleaming due to no polish/waxing & rubbish light conditions.

Iv owned the zed about 8 months & wasn't planning to do any mods really, that was until I discovered this site!! Anyway:

yay at last, looks good dude. Whay exactly did they do to your knob when it had a refurb? Mines looking a little worn too. . . . (sexual connetations besides)

Jamie

My knob was beginning to peel & corrode a bit due to the previous owner resting their sweaty palm on my knob too much. I sanded it down a little; 2 coats of paint from a touch up brush; & two coats of laquer & my knob is now shiny. So if you want a shiny knob like mine, just touch it up a bit & itl shine like mine. :teeth::teeth::teeth::teeth::teeth:;)

 for comments! :D

As Mike says just buy the UK no. plate holder & fix it on, very easy.

I prefered it without any holder, just two screws & sticky pads on either ends. I prefered this more flush look without any holder but either will do the job.
