What brake fluid

If you've got the odd track day in mind I'd suggest Motul - I think it's the 600, someone else can confirm.

how many track days? what tires are being used? how technical of a track? what brakes (std or brembo)?

Not many and I'm a novice. Road tyres. Brembo calipers, standard discs and pads.

RBF is more than adequate

RBF 600 will be fine - you'll definately need to upgrade your pads for track use though.

I run 600RBF never had any boiling issues. I do 3-4 trackdays a year and the rest of the time it's my daily drive.

Yes but the only track I have been near is a Scalextric one
