cmck13 Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 Hi All Decided on a few cosmetic changes while the weathers been good, a couple of body issues needed resolving. In the end I went for a new front lip and a better rear end for those to look at whilst following me. The lip:- The beautiful bottom:- As an extra I had enough of that tatty plenum that grows into old age by going grey and mottly, just like me, so I went for a powder coat in black. Cheers All Jeff Quote
ZMANALEX Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 I like that, but I am a bit biased as I run the GReddy front lip as well. Well done Jeff looking Quote
cmck13 Posted October 19, 2011 Author Posted October 19, 2011 Hi guys thanks for the comments, I thought there might be a few comments about the plenum because I couldnt be arsed to polish the aluminium finish every few weeks or so. I sought professional opinions about previous comments on this site re flaking of powder coating on the plenum, all of the answers from the dealers were that done professionally this should never happen. You can of course have any colour coated exactly the same as any aluminium wheel and also colour coated to body and or silicone pipe work. I will post photos when fitted and just out of interest it only cost £70, that has be cheap on such an intricated part. Cheers Jeff Quote
