MadGrip Posted August 25, 2011 Share Posted August 25, 2011 Well my seats werent great, they were dirty, cracked and looking a little worse for wear. Id read on here about gliptone, so I ordered the cleaner, dye, conditioner, gloss finisher and set to work. I did about an hour every night for just over a week and the results, to me anyway, are outstanding. So if your seats are looking worn and you dont want to spend hundreds on a proffessional job, then I can highly recommend the treatments I've used.. bmg Posted April 27, 2012 Share Posted April 27, 2012 just done the leather cleaner and conditioner with gliptone, my seats were beggining to resemble a german shotputters back. the gliptone worked a treat, am gng to try the scuff master dye type stuff, to fill in some little scuffs. jinxy Posted May 26, 2012 Share Posted May 26, 2012 Used some Scuffmaster today with a bit of leather filler to repair my worn seat bolster. I had to sand & fill the cracks then used a spray gun with the Scuffmaster as the finish was much better than using the sponge. Before: After: The kit supposedly doesn't need a sealant but I am considering using one anyway to seal the finish and increase the resistance to future wear.
