SwanageDave Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 1. Go to Google Maps and click on 'Get directions' 2. Type Taiwan in Box A (departure) 3. Type China in Box B (destination) 4. Read line 23 and once you've stopped laughing give someone else a good chuckle... Quote
slimjim Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 Looks like they may have spotted this... can't get it to work. "We could not calculate directions between Taiwan and China." "Server Error The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request. Please try again in a minute or so." Quote

"Server Error The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request. Please try again in a minute or so." Works fine for me Quote
mc Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 Is it the Jet Ski one? I've seen that one too, for about 800km the one I saw Quote
JetSet Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 Yeah, reminds me of many years ago, back in the days of Windows 95 I bought a copy of routemaster on CDRom. It worked well, planned quite a few routes with it . However it had a very strange anomaly , if you worked out a route along the English/Welsh border then it threw out some weird routes. If for example you chose your start point as Chester and your destination as Oswestry, then it would completely avoid giving you a route that crossed the border into Wales which added a good 20 miles to what is a 30 mile journey. It did the same for Welsh towns along the border completely avoiding any roads in England . Pete Quote
