I have been looking at a white one (N Ireland). It is an import, 2003 seems to be a base spec. It has been owned by a woman since its been in ireland. The lady told me she bought it from the uk and the guy she bought it from had some work done on it but didn't know what exactly. I know by the paint it has been resprayed but had a look underneath and there is no visible signs of damage . the reg is rg53dvy anyone recognize it? it is hpi clear? it has 58km and priced around £8250 with some room for movement? Any help would be really appreciated . thanks pete Quote
Lexx Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 welcome. How would anyone here know if it's HPI clear? Pay the money and get the check done yourself, and get an RAC inspection done for ease of mind. Also if its been serviced by dealers when in UK/NI, there will be a record on the Nissan Database. Quote
Ricey Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 I'd be slightly wary of an unmodded car thats been re-sprayed. Granted people do sometimes change the colour of their car but generally other mods tend to follow. Piccies would probably help Quote

What do use think on the price, judging by others seems to be similar to other imports in similar spec. The white attracted me as i haven't seen many others, is it a rare colour? The only thing concerns me is why it would have been painted?(could be totally innocent maybe keyed im hoping) Going to have another look tonight. The white is a pearlescent paint, which does all sorts of crazyness in the light when taking pics. My Zed sometimes looked like each panel was a diff shade depending on the light Quote

But if a uk gt went for that, i might be best waiting. the car has 58 000 km on it. I want something lowish mileage and around 8k, really liked thew white tho thanks pete Quote
