Come to that, BK is an hour away, but I can't say it affects me too much!

Tbh I've only ever been to Nando's on that list, and then only the once. I've only heard of a couple of the others too.

Dominos is for chavs. Real pizza aficionados go to Pizza Hut for either sit-in or take out.

I HATE Franky & Benny's - food is always below par, place looks cheap and nasty and there is always at least 15 birthdays throughout the meal with the staff singing to them and expecting everyone to join in with applauding the lucky poeple - it's more like a wacky warehouse!!

 

Oh, and Nando's is teh awesome!

 

+1 It's overpriced, overcooked, tasteless gunk and too right about birthdays. Nandos is nothing like the aforementioned.

Pizza hut is terrible in every way, poor food and service every time.

 

Avoid any Indian Restaurant in the Hythe area accross the water from Southampton. Nearest half decent one is Asher in Ashurst. The ones in Holbury, hythe and Blackfield are disgusting.

Generally the rule is - if its a chain its shite. Better food from small local run equivalents every time.

To those in the Poole/Bournemouth/Southampton area may I recommend Coriander Mexican restaurant in Bournemouth. The best Mexican within 50 miles by a HUGE margin.

Nando's rocks

 

The food is always fresh as it's cooked in front of you.

It's relatively cheap.

The food always comes in about 15 mins max

Bottomless drinks

Peri Peri chips

There are three near me and I frequent them all and have never seen many kids in any of them let alone any running around etc.

 

I'm starving now. There is one next to the Lambo garage, might go make an afternoon of it
