The only reason why I belive they can't be repaired without respraying and removing the polished lip is because iv been to three differant repair shops and they told me the same. However one place did say about the 3 stage process but he said it was very very expensive. And he wouldn't even know where to start. I am now trying to go down the route of claiming through their insureance, luckily I have family that can help with the legal side and are trying to find out if there is a claim of a complete set or refund for what I paid or just 1 wheel ect ect. Thanks again guys I am taking each comment and working out the possibility of each opinion, I did consider going straight to AUTO MEDICS, however Black circles are dealing with it all for the minite and I seem to be getting a good response. Not sure what they will say when I tell them they are no longer avilable, just gotta hope and get abit of luck! Thanks again Liam

For any one who wishes to have a update, its bad news. The wheels or even the company are discontinued/bust, tarmac was great found a place in the USA, but me emailing and even calling a few more I just got the same answer. Basically I do not know where I stand really. Haven't got a clue what to do. Any ideas? Liam

Thanks guys I'm currently in contact with black circles They have asked for a price of the wheel. Tarmac I would very much appreciate a quote for the wheel full price as I'm trying to go though their insurance and I do not mind about price as yet, however thank you so much for the kind offer! And if all goes wrong I may take you up on it. If the quote could be all 'proper' I will send it to black circles if that's ok?

Hello all, I will try to keep this short and sweet. I recently brought new tyres off of black circles website, no problems there. so fitting day came and I went along to AUTO MEDICS to get them changed. After they had removed one of the wheels they told me they were going to have problems fitting the new tyres as my wheels need the tyres to come of a different way. (I know very little about tyre fitting so bare with me). They also said it may put three small pin pricks in the rim. So after asking what else I can do they said that's about it, as they didn't know any where else that could fit them. so I agreed that 3 small pin pricks will have to be. After a hour hour of waiting I was asked to come and view the wheel. what can I say my heart sunk. picture time. I was very calm and then told them they would not be touching the rest, and that i would find somewhere my self. All of a sudden one of the mechanics remembered another place called Shirleys and I had to then fit the other 19' by 275 tyre in my 350z and drive there! Shirleys did a great job and agreed that AUTO MEDICS should have never taken this job on. Since then I have been in contact with black circles and am making slow progress toward getting a new rim. A new rim is needed as they are chrome and supposedly unrepairable. So now the story part is over I would like some help finding a UK distributor of RACING HART wheels model RS-521. 19"x9" +28. Tyres: 235/35/19 Iv searched the net only to find the US selling them. Sorry if all the is does not make sence, it was rushed on my iphone Liam

My last experience of a hospital was very good, although I have to admit the food was very bad..... However treatment wise was was great, they fixed what was wrong and its still fixed. I believe that one of the reasons why soooooo many people come to live in Britain is because of our NHS .

Or the less right way but as effective is to bang a slightly smaller socket on there...... Make sure it a old socket that you wont use again. Liam

I actually find it safer with tcs off. The tcs in the 350 is rubbish. I didnt know how rubbish until I drove a low powered merc with it. Its tcs is so so much better. The 350 cuts all power but not safely and it doesnt really sense no grip and when it does which takes a while it doesnt help you. The 350 wont bite your hand off it will give you a few warning before its going to bite, although the tcs flashing might be one of them. I agree it's really bad, However I'm not sure I wanted to give that advice

5mm of tread on the front is quite abit, certainly enough to not really make a massive difference on a corner from my limited experience of track days and kart racing, So I would say slow down the zed is very heavy however the falken will provide more grip on the rear which would mean the front may push on abit but again this is only in racing iv ever experienced this (ie going fast around a bend),if a clio pushes on in a bend the zed certainly will, and all the ESP is doing is sorting out your f**k up. Turn it off and see how you get on..... Actually dont. Liam

Hello guys, Right iv managed to stop crying and now need this sorted. Basicly traveling down a small road, a car reversed out of his drive a bit quick so i had to move right over and cliped the curb , Iv looked all over the internet and cant find a place that repairs chrome lips without having to get them dipped again. And my dad seems to think ill struggle to find a place that will repair them like a normal wheel. My question is have you or anyone you know had their chrome wheels/lips repaired if so by who? How did they do it? How much did it cost? I have some pictures. ANY help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Liam

2-3 hours!! You're not supposed to tighten the bolts by hand It's a 30-45 min job. The time consuming part is to torque the bolts in the required sequence. Actually fitting the spacer takes minutes. You don't need to detach the hoses, remove bolts and lift upper plenum, slide in, align and refit upper plenum with bolts. +1, it's the easiest job iv ever done on a car. If you have the sockets DIY, theres also a step by step on here if your having trouble, otherwise if you have money to throw away come round mine, have it done in no time

Well if his had a remap, then its quite possible he would have a print out to prove the BHP. I was also under the impression that after a remap the EML would stay off as the ECU would recognise the new upgrades so seems strange to that its on. Can see the induction kit, but IMHO the tips of that exhaust look standard, although someone with a sharper eye can tell you that. Although it looks lovely, and is clean inside, I personally would never buy with viewing.
