When I get in and out if the car I get a creaking noise I think from the rear.

Any other 370 owners with this 'feature'?

Also have a little 'squeak' when going over speed bumps. May be the same thing.

Going to be another 3 months before a service to get it sorted.

When parked & you get in/out - does it creak if you leave the handbrake off (just have it in gear)?

John

Not tried it, I'll give it a go tomorrow morning and report back but I don't think it's brake related but you never know.

Ive noticed this as well and it seems to be intermittent. I dunno if its the cold weather up this neck of the woods (East of Scotland). If it persists when things thaw out a bit i'm going to take it to the dealers (having issues with the boot release as well). Your right though that It can be a bit embarassing considering how much the thing costs.

thought it might not be just me.

If your boot doesn't release with one press of the button I've got that one to! I think heavier duty hatch springs sort it out. Another fix for service time.

I would imagine its the rear drop links too. Maybe the creak goes away after its been out on wet roads. I fixed mine by removing them and working in some copper grease........I guess if its under warrenty then best leave to the garage..they may just spray them with WD40 rather than replace!

WD40 is the worst thing to put on them. It will displace the grease. Get a mechanic to have a look and get them to grease it properly if its the drop links. My 350z did the same, you just get used to it
