Airbag deployment can cost a fortune to repair on some cars. Not sure about a Zed.

But it's a new dash, steering wheel center, pillars etc.

Mate of mine ran a body shop years ago, common then to completely reshell a car, they just don't bother these days (until they buy them cheap from the insurance company)

Such a shame. I can see that costing a good deal to repair, making it so close to the price of a second hand one, that I just wouldnt touch it. Getting all the bits will probably be hard enough.

The right hand sill is pushed in a long way so it needs a new floor or even a complete body

 

Perhaps Alex or Lee could strip it for parts
