ug45cwb Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 I have the DBA 2 piece on the front. Haven't tracked it but they feel really good. Good thing about them is you can have the same make of disk on the rears. AFAIK PF don't make a rear rotor that fits the Z. Quote
ZMANALEX Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 AFAIK PF don't make a rear rotor that fits the Z. Not important. Sometimes a different rotor on the rear and the correct choice of pad gives you far better results. Quote

andlid Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 I do think for non track work the PF discs would be a bit of overkill don't you guys think? Quote
Ekona Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 Not in the slightest. Best mod you can do to the car is to sort the brakes, and the extra feel and stopping power a quality setup will give you is worth doing no matter where you're driving. 8-pot fronts would be a bit overkill for just the road, but a decent disc change to the best certainly isn't. All IMHO of course. Quote
andlid Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 If I was op I'd go for DBA, Stoptech, Brembo, EBC < In that order of price/preference. Myself I'm going to lip my current discs and throw them in the bin and go for something better (PF's) unless the carbotech pads marry some other discs better... Quote
