I'm not offline!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,

 

Since last night my status appear as offline when i'm obviously not, I checked the seetings in the user control and the hide on line status is set on NO.

Any idea?

Try logging off properly (not just closing the window) and logging back in.

 

Also have a search as this was raised a few weeks ago and Chesterfield gave the proper answer!

He appears offline to me though. I also appear offline, but to others I'm online

judging from the last time this happened i think all the mods see the correct status but us plebs see the incorrect one..??? only with some people too

Loged out propelly and back in and still offline

If at any time you have set your preference to always hide your online status, this will not revert back until you physically log off and log back in again.

 

To check your status, go to the "User control panel" (top left)

click "board preferences"

set "hide my online status" to "no"

click "submit".

 

once you have done this you will need to log out (button on right on top menu).

 

Then log back in again and it should be working and showing you as online now when you are here

It may be due to the five minute avaerage the list is taken from at the bottom. So you could be off and on if you see what I mean. I think the one under the avatar is realtime

I know, but I was just proving it was working. At the same time the OP was showing as online too, so I dont know what the problem is
