Chris`I Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Anyone know if Bennett got home ok. he go there so late i'm wondering if CS's mechanic is still working on his car No, Andy finished, but Bennett was having a few "problems" with his setup Hope he got home ok! Was good to meet up with everyone, old and new. We did the meet a bit arse about tit, having had the car at the garage for 7:30am for a clutch and flywheel swap out, then allignement, we made it to the pub just as a whole load of you had shot back down the unit! Still an excellent day and night. Big thanks to Mitz and Andy for fitting me in very last minute and Alex of course for getting the bits to me in record time! Andy did an excellent job and didnt stop once during the couple of hours I watched him work, I think he may not be human! Especially the seeming easy at which he lifted the gearbox with Mitz The new clutch and flywheel are certainly different to the OEM setup! Now seems much lighter, and the light flywheel makes pickup noticably quicker and me and Amanda are convinced the exhaust is louder from lower revs. Just dont try and reverse on idle revs, as I found out at the pub
