Lived in Nefteyugansk , Moscow and Usinsk and worked in many more places. My Ruski is very bad now as I don't practice it. I do still love the country though! There is a big army base around that area and a guy I worked with was a sniper based there when he was in. He said all the cars were RHD imports from Japan!
