If that doesnt work, try leaving the engine on for a bit. The frozen water in the pipe work might be stopping them from retracting rather than the washers themselves. Nice warm engine should thaw them out :)

I did 210 miles with my washers froze yesterday, inc getting stuck in traffic on the m5 and they didnt defrost :surrender:

Just had this happen to me, got to work and one was stuck out.

I wished this could have been avoided by making it linked to the outside temp sensor and disable the washer once it reached 0 degrees.
