Trev-the-Rev Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 I noticed when I got to work this morning my headlight washers were stuck out. I'm guessing that it's due to them being frozen and the pipe being too stiff (oh Mrs) to return properly. Any thoughts?? Quote

Chris`I Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 If that doesnt work, try leaving the engine on for a bit. The frozen water in the pipe work might be stopping them from retracting rather than the washers themselves. Nice warm engine should thaw them out Quote

Nice warm engine should thaw them out I did 210 miles with my washers froze yesterday, inc getting stuck in traffic on the m5 and they didnt defrost Quote

BulletMagnet Posted February 1, 2009 Posted February 1, 2009 Just had this happen to me, got to work and one was stuck out. I wished this could have been avoided by making it linked to the outside temp sensor and disable the washer once it reached 0 degrees. Quote
