Ferrari F1 pits

How many incidents do we have to see where the Ferrari "green light" system rather than the standard lollipop causes dangerous exits and injured engineers before they get a desrving penalty?

IMHO the system that Ferrari use should be banned outright, as we have yet another example of the driver being given the green light by this system and a dangerous exit.

Not only did the hose get ripped off and take down a mechanic, but he was yet again released directly into the path of another car.

My guess is that yet again as is always the case with the red cars, that it will be a financial penalty (tiny) yet again. This is an absolute joke.

Totally agree with you. Massa was not at fault at all, but the system caused fuel to be sprayed over the pit lane (granted, a limited amount due to the cut-off system), a mechanic to be injured and a car to be released almost directly into the line of another car in the pits. It's dangerous as hell.
