What tyres to get?

I recently bought my 350Z and have found that some tyres are showing some age. Figured I should replace all the tyres just to be safe, since I have the money for it. 

 

I am looking for something that can handle all year round uk weather. This is my only car, and unfortunately I am DAILYing it. I want to maximise performance in the summer but not die in the winter/rain. I might take it on the track, and if the tyres can handle it, then maybe I don't need to buy a new set just for track. I have seen some recommendations for the Pirelli Cinturato All Season SF3, but I am sceptical about the price of it on some websites. Can anyone recommend some tyres that would fit my needs, please? My size is Fronts: 225/45/R18 and Rears: 245/45/R18
