LRF4N Posted October 28, 2017 Author Posted October 28, 2017 That’s exactly why I’ve never liked black wheels. Black lips can work to give the stealth look without losing the detail but worried about making them look small- the arches on a 350gt make wheels look small. The current 19s look tiny. Quite like this look Quote
LRF4N Posted October 28, 2017 Author Posted October 28, 2017 Thoughts on this colour against red for calipers and engine bay accents? Quote

LRF4N Posted November 12, 2017 Author Posted November 12, 2017 Needs a couple of bits done before the mot so will be a while before it’s on the road Quote
coldel Posted November 12, 2017 Posted November 12, 2017 Saw a blue one on the M25 today, lowered, but looked fairly tasteful, said to the wife "sooo what do you think of those, same as a 350z four seats" she replied with various comments mostly along the lines that it looks like some cheap mercedes with strange eyes at the front. Looks like I am keeping the Celica for a while yet! Quote
LRF4N Posted November 12, 2017 Author Posted November 12, 2017 You need to man up The droopy eyes are the only bit I’m unsure of but the rest of the car I love The day I took the photos I was browsing through them in the evening with my 18 month old daughter on my lap. I showed her the car and she kissed my phone lol 1 Quote
LRF4N Posted March 7, 2018 Author Posted March 7, 2018 Finally have the car in my possession. Love how it looks, sounds great if a bit quiet (induction kit should sort that), drive is great- once the snow cleared! Build thread here, mods to come https://www.350z-uk.com/topic/120042-red-350gt-a-zed-in-disguise/ 2 Quote
