G1en
Took the family to Newby hall near Ripon, North Yorkshire today as i saw the sports car event advertised as i work nearby. Not expecting much and never been to Newby Hall, they have plenty to keep kids entertained. The hall itself which has featured in several TV programs, the grounds which are expansive and very well kept, adventure playground area for kids including boats and train ride plus other stuff. Anyway, onto the cars, there were probably around 500 on show, a full ecleptic mix with clubs from all makes and models, only a couple 350/370's sadly which makes me think this could be good for someone to arrange next year from the forum as this is an annual event at the hall. I took the pics below as i was walking round, they are only iphone pics and i am no photographer but it gives you an idea of the variety on show. Davectr
You obviously weren't looking hard enough G1en, that's my white 370z roadster behind the red GTR in the pic above 😄. Can also be seen in the background of 3rd pic up of the 458. And I saw another 2 350z's. But have to agree, I was disappointed that there wasn't more there. Some nice cars on display though Nice pics ðŸ‘🻠Edited May 7, 2017 by Davectr
G1en
Sorry Dave, Apologies. I had a disinterested other half and child so wasn't paying much attention and I did miss some of the rows. I followed a Maclaren and a R35 GTR going in then parked next to them on the field they were using as the car park, they were not even on a stand, in fact the car park was full of some beautiful motors as well. edited my first post so it looks like I was paying attention Edited May 7, 2017 by G1en

G1en
Dont know mate. Wish i had gone on my own and had chance to chat to people, see all the cars and get the story on them. It was a family day though so i had a screaming daughter wanting to go on train ride and the pregnant other half wanting food and a sit down so i wasn,t in a position to dwell about which is why i missed a few. Also should have said, there was a high end car sales firm there (from harrogate i think) with some top end motors for sale on the day. 6 figure price tags but people were allowed to sit in them. Also the Nissan dealer was there with a GTR and 370 Nismo hoping to catch a bite.

I left the other half at home so didn't have any distractions 😂, so I feel your pain! Hopefully we can get a few off here to attend next year and get a decent Z showing
