Invida Gemini + Decats... decibels?

Has anyone got this set up on a DE motor?

 

I want swap out my HFCs for Decats and the Invida system I have but DB limit on track days could be an issue.

 

Has/can anyone DB test this set up if the have it?

I had it on my supercharged 370 with de cats and made Cadwell

I ran Berks De-Cats and an Invidia Gemini exhaust system on my DE Zed (although it was also supercharged). I passed the 100dB static test (1/2mtr @4.5K rpm) at Castle Combe although later in the day I was pulled in for another noise test as my Zed was too loud for the driveby dB noise checks.

 

Do you know what dB limits you'll be facing Tom as it can differ between circuits.

Plus if you fail the driveby noise checks as I did if you know where they are you can drive around them by not pressing the throttle as hard when going past or upshifting earlier etc.

Your always going to push db limits if you decat, I was on the limit at Bedford with a very similar true dual exhaust and hfc's and at Combe where gm was pulled I never had an issue. Its just not worth the hassle if you want to track it.

I'm interested in your gemini and HFCs if you want to move them on and change setup.
