Help with key remote

Hi I have a problem with my key, we have replaced the battery but the remote is still not operating,I am having to unlock manually and then the alarm is going off,please can anyone help me with this problem.

Had to do this last night and Tango man sent this to me on Face Ache. Probably in the link above but will add image here aswell. Took me 4 attempts to get it to work

For some reason, when i did the above, my turn signal lights did not flash (inside my zed) and I'm not sure if they are flashing outside. But i can hear the relay clicking.
